It is the subsidiary of Honda Motor Company. 

YachyoIndustry comprises 4W and 2W buzz of Honda Company. 


Transfer Details:


2W buzz will be transferred to Honda Company before Motherson Int'l will be acquiring 81% Stake. 

Mofherson will be having 81% share in 4W Buzz. 


YachiyoIndustry employs around 3200 employees in 13 facilities and 3 R&Ds around the world.

The places where this facilities is situated are US,  Brazil,  Mexico,  China,  Japan,  Thailand,  Indonesia and India. 


Finance:

The company reported revenue and profit is JPY 116 Billion in FY23.

The Equity value of the company is JPY 23 Billion. 

YachiyoIndustries provide Honda company with sunroof and fuel tank. 


Now this buzz will be flourishing to other Auto companies. 

Hybrid vehicles will be using Plastic Fuel Tanks and fuel cell powertrain to Type IV Hydrogen Storage Tanks. 


Other new items in the kitty are Plastic Tailgates,  which is of lighter quality and Hydrogen Type IV Storage Tanks. 


Motherson will be sole supplier of these products in world market.
