Diwak Singh Tomar, A Thiel Fellow
  In May this year, 19 year old Diwank Singh Tomer joined  19 other young and exceptional youngsters from around the world to  become a Thiel Fellow. The Thiel foundation’s fellowship comes with a  $100,000 cheque and access to some of the greatest mentors of our times  not least of whom is the legendary Peter Thiel - PayPal co-founder and  Facebook's first investor.  Tomer is now working on a platform to create interactive lessons in  basic sciences in the mecca of technology– the Silicon Valley.   It isn’t often that a youngster–schooled in the hills of Mussoorie   and a college dropout– makes it that far at 19.
