United States commerce department confirmed that there was demand of houses increased to about 1.206 million and the target estimated was 1.190 million. This is considered to be highest since October 2007. This will surely support the call for interest rate hike by the Federal Reserve.

Gold hit the low today and hitting more low due to immense pressure of United States Dollar to increase. Gold declined after the arrival of housing data as it rose to the highest level since Oct, 2007 and supports the increase of interest rate now.

Gold futures has decreased to about 0.19% and trading below US$ 1116 a troy ounce. Housing application before constructing was a big hit as we’re inching for more hike in interest rate too. Now we see the minutes of Federal Reserve on Wednesday and Gold, Silver will be about to get more beating. Those who want to buy Gold and Silver, we expect more to fall due to increase in interest rate in the coming September.  

Copper has declined to two reasons, one, is due to increase in United States Dollar and second, the fall of Chinese economy and heading to recession. Shanghai composite had fallen about 6% on Tuesday and today too it’s facing more. 

Now China is doing the same mistake what Thailand, Phillippines and even Indonesia had did in 2008 financial crisis, is pumping money to keep the system flexible. This will even worsen and they will be facing for 2 devaluation’s and now pumping money too will be having severe effect of inflation respectively.  Don’ t invest in copper now.
