Control trading in stock market and commodity market must be first priority of the SEBI. If it's not controlled, the companies involved in trading will be betting beyond their means. All the financial institutions always tend to challenge the market with irregularities in the accounting books. Actually once it may succeed or keep it mum, but in future it will show crack in the financial market. The best example is Financial Technologies.

Always SEBI, Income Tax department and Service Tax department must check all the accounting system in such a way that it must be kept 100% intact. This will remove leverage in the market and the share prices will be decided according to the value of growth. Leverage will not happen, but market also will not show excessive pricing. Investors also can decide where to invest and they can easily forecast the growth.

After finding the irregularities, the share market will fall and automatically the investor will be the ultimate looser. Actually the looser will be NSE, BSE or other market as they failed to control the market and also protect the investors money.
