Why do Western Countries are interested in Armed Intervention in Syria? The report shows that Assad government had killed 1300 people in a Chemical Weapon usage against the people of Syria. Syrian Government is ready to co-operate to United Nations inspection. Remember the inspection held in Iraq, which later used as a weapon to dismantle Saddam Hussein Regime and even hanged him to death. In 1977, United States government figures shows that Syria is having Crude Oil reserves of about 2.2 Billion Barrels.
Though production is static in Syria, but they earn foreign exchange from oil pipes of other countries like Saudi Arabia passing through the soil and transit fees respectively. Other minerals include Natural Asphalt, Pure Rock Salt and production of Diamonds.
What USA and UK is looking for is the sudden intervention in the Middle East policy terms and conditions. It's easy for them to through over the Assad government, but they can be a safer bet for Israel in the region, apart from that they can control over the Oil Empire of the world.
